“The body doesn’t care whether we call it Pilates, Yoga, Alexander, Feldenkrais, Nia, Continuum — or, for that matter, washing the dishes. What it does care about is if we’re moving with awareness.”

– Wendy LeBlanc-Arbuckle

Florida is a Direct Access state, meaning that patients may be evaluated and treated by a Physical Therapist for 30 days without a physician's referral. If physical therapy treatment is required beyond 30 days for a patient not previously seen/referred by a physician, the treatment plan must be reviewed and approved.

Although we are pursuing the ability to bill insurance directly, ErgoBody currently offers Physical Therapy only on a fee-for-service basis. Upon request, we will prepare a detailed receipt for submission to your insurance company. HSA/MRA cards are accepted for all Physical Therapy and one-on-one Pilates services. If you have further questions, please check with our staff about your particular situation.

Your appointment time is reserved especially for you and prohibits another client from being scheduled at that time. Any cancellation made with less than 24 hours’ notice, or failure to show for your visit, will result in the full charge being your responsibility.

All appointments and classes are 55 minutes.

For Physical Therapy, please wear clothing that allows for examination and treatment of the injured area, but protects your privacy.( A private treatment room is available as needed.) For Pilates, choose clothes that are comfortable and allow movement.
