Dear Clients & Friends:
Hello. I am hoping this note finds you all healthy and coping with our local and world changes. I am happy to report that Ergo Body Studio is now open for both Physical Therapy, Pilates and Massage! We are following all recommended steps for disinfecting the studio and equipment and will have hand sanitizer available for your use.
Before your next visit, please sign the Covid-19 waiver here. We also ask that you wear a mask for your visit and cancel if you feel the least bit under the weather. We all have to look out for each other during this global public health crisis!
Although the studio will be open, I also want you to know about online options to continue our work together, whether it is Physical Therapy or Pilates. There are various platforms open to us, FaceTime, Skype, and Zoom. Zoom allows us to continue with our small group classes.

Gather all your props, balls, rollers, weights, Oov, and bands. If you’d like to purchase any of these products, I have a number of full and half rollers in the studio. I also have lots of theraband and various items for self-myofascial rolling and stretching. Let me know if you’d like to purchase any of these items and I can leave at the studio door or deliver, if you’re relatively close by.
You can also purchase products for a 10% discount from OPTP using code KEEPMOVING. You can find them at OPTP.com, they have a vast variety of therapy and Pilates equipment and props.
